Screenshots Pro provides a digital service for creating App Store and Play Store screenshots. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, our refund policy differs from physical goods.

2. Preview Before Purchase

We strongly encourage all users to use our Preview feature before making any payment. The preview allows you to see exactly how your screenshots will look, including all screens and designs. This helps ensure you are satisfied with your work before purchasing.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are NOT available for:

• Design mistakes or errors made by the user
• Change of mind after purchase
• Successfully downloaded export files
• Failure to preview designs before payment

Refunds MAY be considered for:

• Technical issues preventing download (with proof)
• Duplicate/accidental payments
• Payment errors resulting in incorrect charges

4. Cancellation Policy

Since our service provides instant digital delivery upon payment, cancellations are not possible after the payment is processed and the download begins.
